Always remember that they are just supplements and not replacements. Also use them only if your healthcare professionals recommend them to you.

Health supplements are therefore not just a parody; they do help increase your nutrient levels. But, they are all not the same. Some supplements might not allow full absorption of minerals and when taken on an empty stomach they might not get absorbed at all. So get to know about the dosage and schedule before supplementing on such products.
